Pick-A-Bike Giveaway Official Rules
Eligibility: Open to all registered residing in the 50 states of the USA and Canada. You must be 18 years or older to participate/register. Those registered must have a valid driver’s license. Entries will be in the name of the registered at 4-2wheels.com. By registering at 4-2wheels.com, participants are bound by these rules and regulations. Registration must be made using the full legal name.
Pick-A-Bike Promotion Period: Promotion begins at LAUNCH DATE and ends on LD +59 days at 11:59:59 PM. The winner will be randomly selected on LD +60 days.
Pick-A-Bike Prize: Winner selects from one of the following titled motorcycles:
- 1948 Harley Davidson FL
- 1980 Harley Davidson FXE-F
- 1982 Harley Davidson FLH

Canadians may participate in the this and other giveaways. Shipping the motorcycle to Canadian destinations will be at the cost of the winner. 4-2wheels.com will contribute $500 towards shipping. Any modifications that are needed to pass import vehicle regulations will be made at the winners’ expense. It is the winner’s responsibility to pay fees, taxes or duties associated with importing the motorcycle.
Picking the Winner: On LD +60 days, at an announced time, ALL Entries will be placed into a container, and a single entry will be randomly selected. The selected entry will then be cross-referenced with the respective winners’ entries to determine/verify the winner.
For transparency reasons, all entries will be available. The drawing will be LIVE on 4-2wheels.com and our Facebook page. The LIVE event will take place 5 minutes before the announced time. The winner will be selected LIVE and notified immediately. The winner will be notified via a telephone call to the phone number they provided, second, an email. If the winner does not respond by LD +75 days, a new winner will be selected under the above process. Once the winner has been verified and acknowledged, the Pick-A-Bike Giveaway will officially be closed.
Motorcycle Delivery and Transfer of Ownership: 4-2wheels.com will provide delivery anywhere within the lower 48 states. $500 to be provided for transportation to Canada.
Warranty: All bikes in the Pick-A-Bike Giveaway are antique motorcycles and are expected to be maintained on a REGULAR basis by the winner and have no warranty expressed or implied. The winner accepts all responsibility for future maintenance or repairs.
Title, Registration and Taxes: 4-2wheels.com is not liable for the taxes/fees. Said fees are the responsibility of the winner. If needed/requested, a 1099 Form will be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service by 4-2wheels.com LLC on behalf of the winner.
Liability: 4-2wheels.com LLC and its owners are not liable for any harm, accident or death that may occur because of driving or operating any of these classic motorcycles. Drivers assume all risks that are involved in operating a motorcycle. Winners are responsible for inspecting the vehicle each time before they operate it. By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge that classic motorcycles require much more attention and care than modern. Aging components may lead to incident, harm, or death. Classic motorcycles do not meet modern safety requirements. The winner assumes this risk when they operate the vehicle. Any work provided by any other shop, builder or mechanic is NOT the liability of 4-2wheels.com LLC or its affiliates.
Return Policy: NOPE. Once the giveaway has closed, returns will not be accepted.
